W*e are looking for experienced and safety-focused Class 1/AZ Long-Haul Truck Drivers* for regular Canada–USA operations.

Required Qualifications

- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Valid Class 1/AZ Driver’s Licence or
- Must be eligible to cross the Canada–U.S. border
- Proven long-haul tractor-trailer driving experience
- Acceptable commercial driver’s abstract
- Must provide a current/latest driver’s abstract
- Experience using ELD (Electronic Logging Device)
- Good understanding of Canadian and U.S. Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
- Must successfully complete required pre-employment drug testing for U.S. operations
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle safety and transportation regulations
- Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer in varying road, traffic and weather conditions
- Ability to safely transport industry-standard legal-weight loads, up to approximately 80,000 lbs gross vehicle weight where permitted
- Knowledge of axle weights, legal weight limits and cargo/load securement requirements
- Ability to perform proper pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections
- Able to safely back, dock, couple and uncouple tractor-trailers
- Qualified and reliable communication with dispatch, customers,



border officials and enforcement personnel
- Must follow company safety, ELD, HOS and compliance policies
- Must be dependable and available for long-haul schedules, including nights and weekends when required
- Team-driving experience is an asset for team positions

Key Duties

- Safely operate commercial tractor-trailers on long-distance Canada–U.S. routes
- Pick up and deliver freight safely and on schedule
- Conduct and document required vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD records, Hours of Service logs and trip documentation
- Monitor vehicle condition and immediately report mechanical or safety concerns
- Ensure cargo is properly secured and axle/vehicle weights remain within legal limits
- Complete required border and shipping documentation
- Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, delays and other trip-related matters
- Comply with Canadian and U.S. transportation, safety and Hours of Service regulations
