As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help create a positive experience from the moment a customer calls or walks through the door to the time they pick up their vehicle.

This job will include:

- Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service
- Answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments
- Creating and maintaining customer repair orders
- Communicating with customers about vehicle repairs, timelines, and costs
- Providing updates on repair progress and following up with customers as needed
- Coordinating vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Helping resolve customer concerns in a skilled and positive manner

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Charlottetown, PE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
