We are seeking a skilled, client-focused Nail Technician to provide high-quality nail care and a welcoming salon experience. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, committed to excellent sanitation, and comfortable recommending services and products based on each client’s needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, gel polish application, and other nail care services.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow salon sanitation and hygiene procedures.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- Build positive client relationships through attentive customer service.
- Keep tools, equipment,
and service areas clean and properly maintained.
Qualifications
- Current nail technician license
- Experience providing nail care services in a salon or similar setting preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and secure handling of tools and products.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented approach and ability to create a comfortable client experience.
- Confidence discussing service options, upselling appropriately, and supporting retail sales.
