Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Square POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and food handling to support kitchen operations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, serving stations, and food contact surfaces
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly while maintaining high-quality service standards

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Square POS or similar technology is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures in the food industry
- Ability to handle basic math for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that involve guest interaction and multitasking
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
