Snapshot of the Position:

At Colemans, we delight in providing our guests with the highest quality product. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Chef to join our Home Meal Replacement (HMR)/Deli team. The responsibilities of this position would involve the daily production of a wide variety of foods.

What You’ll Do

- Overseeing food production for the full serve buffet, as well as take home meals
- Ensuring food quality is up to standards set by Colemans
- Ensuring food safety protocols are followed
- Scheduling of kitchen staff
- Ordering and maintaining adequate stock levels to ensure production and wastage are kept on budget
- Developing current menu items in conjunction with category management to keep our food “fresh” for our customers
- Other related tasks as assigned by Store Management

Hours of Work

40 hours per week





Your “Must Have” Skill Set

- Commitment to Colemans Culture, Vision, and Values
- Ability to deliver the “extraordinary” service that is fundamental to Colemans Mission
- Deli department experience is not essential, but preferred
- A current clear Certificate of Conduct is a requirement
- 5 years experience working as a chef. Red Seal recommended
