Workforce Inc. is seeking experienced Construction Labourers to support a remote mining construction project. We are looking for safety-focused individuals with surface construction experience who are comfortable working in a physically demanding, remote camp environment.

Responsibilities:

- Installing concrete reinforcement/rebar
- Assisting with concrete placement and preparation
- Building and installing concrete formwork
- Performing general carpentry and construction duties
- Erecting and installing structural steel components
- May include operating small equipment, including: Mini excavators, Backhoes, Forklifts, Packers/compaction equipment
- Performing general labour duties as required
- Following all site-specific health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Working effectively as part of a construction crew

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous surface construction experience is required
- Common core modules and working at height considered an asset
- Experience with rebar installation, concrete formwork, carpentry, or structural steel erection is an asset
- Experience operating small construction equipment is an asset
- Previous mining, industrial, or remote-site experience is an asset
- Physically capable of performing demanding labour duties throughout a 12-hour shift
- Robust commitment to workplace safety




- Ability to work a 14/14 rotation in a remote camp environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid G class drivers licence and reliable transportation is required

Schedule: 14/14, 12-hour shifts, days and nights

Pay Rate: $32 - $50 per hour + accommodations and travel provided
