Aqua i Laser has been proudly serving Winnipeg with eye care services since 2018. We offer routine and urgent ophthalmic care, as well as a wide range of exclusive private-pay eye treatments. We are looking for a bright and driven individual to join our amazing team of staff and doctors!

As an Ophthalmic Technician/Administrative Assistant at Aqua i Laser, your day will consist of:

- Prepare patients’ medical and ophthalmic history
- Operate preliminary diagnostic testing including Visual Fields, OCTs, OPTOS, A-Scans, B-Scans, etc.
- Administer eye drops/medications as directed by doctors
- Assist with minor procedures such as lasers, biopsies, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of ophthalmic instruments, equipment, exam rooms and general work area
- Manage patient flow within clinic
- Perform various administrative work

Our ideal and successful candidate would have:

- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong initiative and leadership
- Adapts quickly to a busy and fast-paced work environment




- Enthusiastic in learning current skills and taking on unfamiliar challenges
- Medical background/knowledge is appreciated but not required
- Experience with EMR systems and/or general office technology is an asset
- PHIA and First Aid/BLS certification is an asset but not required
