We are a growing construction company based in Ottawa seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Foreman to join our team.

This leadership role is ideal for a motivated professional with extensive commercial construction experience who can oversee site operations, lead crews, coordinate trades, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience
- Proven experience working as a Commercial Construction Foreman or Site Supervisor
- Solid knowledge of commercial construction practices, scheduling, and site coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily commercial construction site activities
- Lead and coordinate construction crews and subcontractors
- Maintain project schedules and ensure work progresses efficiently




- Enforce all safety policies and procedures
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower requirements
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, consultants, and trades
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards

Pay: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
