Collingwood Climbing Centre (C3) is a brand-new climbing and ninja facility opening in Collingwood, and we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly people to join our opening team!

C3 will offer rock climbing, bouldering, ninja obstacles, youth programs, camps, birthday parties and more.

No climbing experience? No problem! We're looking for great people first. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.

As one of our original team members, you'll help shape the culture and experience of C3 from day one.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on, all-around facility position where no two days are exactly the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Customer Service: Welcome guests, process check-ins and waivers, answer questions and assist with memberships, registrations and retail sales.
- Climbing & Ninja: Supervise activity areas, assist with equipment, provide safety orientations and support climbing activities based on your training.
- Programs & Events: Help deliver youth programs, camps, birthday parties, group bookings and special events.
- Facility Operations: Keep the facility clean, organized and safe, including washrooms, common areas, rental equipment and climbing spaces.
- Team Support: Assist with opening and closing duties, daily operations and creating an exceptional experience for every visitor.

Everyone at C3 contributes to keeping the facility running smoothly, from helping customers to cleaning and maintaining our space.

Experience in climbing, ninja, fitness, coaching, recreation, retail or customer service is an asset, but not required.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and willing to complete required training. First Aid/CPR certification is an asset. Certain youth-program responsibilities may require additional screening or certifications.

Interested in Route Setting?

As we build our initial route setting team at C3, we're also looking for individuals with route setting experience or an interest in developing these skills. Route setting experience is not required to join our team, but if this is something you're interested in, please mention it in your application!

Scheduling & Availability

We're hiring for full-time and part-time positions.

C3 will operate seven days a week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Flexible availability is an asset, with evening and weekend availability particularly important.
