Duties

- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all departments
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Manage scheduling to optimize patient flow and staff coverage while minimizing wait times
- Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards
- Handle budgeting responsibilities, including expense tracking, supply management, and resource allocation
- Support human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, and resolving staff issues

Qualification





- Proven experience in medical office management with a strong understanding of clinic operations
- Demonstrated supervising experience in healthcare settings with team leadership skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems such as Jane App.
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and resource planning within a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with human resources practices including staff recruitment and performance management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, patients, and external providers
