Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, with precision and care.
- Serve food items promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and handling.
- Manage cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, barista station, and food preparation zones in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting overall food industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly,
and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service is highly preferred; familiarity with serving and food handling is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, order totals, and change calculations accurately.
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
