Responsibilities

- Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and special treatments tailored to each client’s preferences
- Perform esthetician services such as facials, skin treatments, waxing, and other skincare procedures with attention to sanitation and safety standards
- Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue




- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and answering inquiries in a friendly manner
- Foster solid communication with clients to ensure they feel valued and informed about their treatments and products

Skills

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect warmly with diverse clients
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques and skincare treatments
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a hygienic work environment
- Strong communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client needs
- Experience with retail sales processes and front desk operations preferred
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
