At Ricky's All Day Grill, We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front counter attendant/ supervisor to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server/supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive high-quality service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages. Your ability to engage with guests and provide assistance will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and drink options.
- Take accurate orders using the POS system, ensuring clarity and attention to detail.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food handling and safety standards.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service at all times.
