Forma Professional Beauty is a distributor of professional beauty products to salons and stylists. Education is how we help our clients succeed. When professionals know how to get the best results from the brands we carry, they sell more, stay loyal and grow their businesses. We’re looking for a Manager of Education to lead the team that makes that happen.

The Role

As Manager of Education, you will lead Forma’s education department and its team of trainers. You’ll recruit, schedule and coach trainers, work with clients to understand what they need, and make sure every webinar, class and tradeshow session is professional, well organized and cost-effective.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and manage a team of trainers: find, onboard, schedule, coach and evaluate trainers and educators
- Set training standards and make sure delivery is consistent and professional across the team
- Manage and grow Forma’s education programs and calendar
- Plan, host and run webinars for clients and the professional beauty community
- Create post-webinar surveys and use the results to improve sessions and trainer performance
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and coordinate the right education
- Plan and coordinate education at tradeshows and industry events
- Build clear, engaging presentation materials
- Manage the education budget responsibly,



including trainer costs, events and materials
- Report to senior leadership on attendance, feedback and results

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience managing a team, ideally trainers, educators, instructors or other field-based staff
- Strong leadership skills: you can hire well, delegate, motivate, give feedback and keep a distributed team aligned
- Polished, professional communication, both written and spoken
- Confidence speaking with high-level professionals, including salon owners, executives and industry leaders
- A good listener who can understand what clients need and turn it into practical solutions
- A fiscally responsible mindset, with experience working within a budget
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Canva
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines at once
- Comfort with webinar platforms and survey tools (Zoom, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey or similar)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for tradeshows and events

Nice to Have

- Background in professional beauty, salon or cosmetics
- Experience in a distributor or sales-driven environment
- Experience managing freelance or contract trainers
- Experience planning tradeshow or event education

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
