Overview

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse distribution operations. The role involves order picking, material handling, and assisting with shipping and receiving. You’ll work with warehouse equipment and follow established procedures to help maintain accurate, secure, and efficient operations.

Note:

Successful candiates must be currently licenced and able to demonstrate proficiency operating the following pieces of equipment:

- Man Up Order Pickers
- SIngle Reach Lift Trucks
- Electric Counter Balance
- Double Pallet Rider

Duties

- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment using an order picker and other warehouse equipment.
- Operate a reach truck, forklift, & order picker.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials, verifying items against shipping documents.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, inventory movement, and general warehouse organization.
- Use a warehouse management system to locate products, record transactions, and update order status.




- Perform heavy lifting and move materials safely using appropriate equipment and techniques (up to 65 lbs)
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs or unsafe conditions.
- Keep work areas clean and follow warehouse safety procedures.

Experience

- 2 Years experiance working in a fast paced Distribution Centre
- Previous warehouse experience, particularly in warehouse distribution, order picking, or shipping and receiving, is an asset.
- Experience using a warehouse management system is an advantage.
- Proficient operating a order picker, reach truck, forklift. (2 Years)
- Mechanical knowledge and experience with heavy equipment operation are helpful.
- Ability to safely perform heavy lifting and load and unload materials.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe work practices are essential.

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
