Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Residential Renovation & Service HVAC Technician, you’ll take the lead on high-quality, client-focused installs and upgrades:

- Complete service calls, equipment installs, renovation HVAC work, and indoor air quality installations.
- Collaboration with Team to coordinate HVAC repairs & installations, ensuring a seamless integration within the building's structure and design.
- Read and interpret blueprints and scopes of work to execute projects efficiently.




- Problem-Solving and Repairs: Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues and execute timely repairs to fixtures and equipment, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Testing and Inspection: Conduct thorough testing and inspections of any HVAC issues, ensuring the system operates flawlessly and meets quality standards.
- Communicate clearly with project managers and clients using our field software and other tools, exemplifying exceptional customer service.
- Reliability and Punctuality in arriving to service calls, and delivering quality work on time.
- Adaptability as a quick thinker with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances both during each and between all service calls.
- Have autonomy in planning and organizing your job sites.
- Ensure compliance with Alberta codes and safety regulations.
- Train and develop apprentices.
- Keep clean, timely records of materials and job progress.
- Boiler, Hydronics & Plumbing experience considered significant asset.
- On Call & Weekend 24 Hour Service Required

Qualifications

- Red Seal Journeyman HVAC License (Preferred)
- Gasfitter B Ticket (Preferred)
- Minimum 4th year Apprentice
- 10+ Years’ HVAC Experience (renovation or service)
- Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
- Your own tools
