Sales Admin / Marketing Specialist

Are you organized, creative, and passionate about powersports? Headingley Sport Shop is looking for a Sales Admin / Marketing Specialist to support our sales team, maintain accurate inventory listings, and create engaging marketing content.

This hands-on role combines sales administration, digital marketing, photography, and showroom support.

What You’ll Do

Showroom & Inventory

- Update website and third-party inventory listings with new, incoming, and sold units.
- Maintain accurate pricing, monthly promotions, unit hangtags, and used motorcycle displays.
- Move and position motorcycles and other powersports vehicles safely for photography and showroom displays.
- Photograph units for online listings.
- Assist with showroom checks, housekeeping, brochures, and promotional displays.
- Obtain unit shipping quotes as needed.

Marketing & Content Creation

- Create promotional graphics, website banners, and holiday hours notices using manufacturer assets and original content.
- Schedule and publish daily social media content with clear calls to action.
- Monitor comments, direct messages, and engagement across active digital channels.
- Create and distribute e-newsletters and Kenect broadcast messages.
- Update Google Business profiles, website event listings, and the marketing calendar.
- Track weekly social media performance and advertising spend.
- Review monthly SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising results and return on investment.

Sales Support & Dealership Operations

- Provide administrative support to the sales team and review current manufacturer programs.
- Meet manufacturer social media and showroom standards.
- Prepare and submit advertising co-op claims.
- Assist with dealership events,



highway signage, and seasonal updates.
- Help with Saturday lunch preparation and cleanup.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when updating pricing, inventory, promotions, and advertising.
- Experience with all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excellent computer skills, with the ability to confidently use spreadsheets, website systems, marketing tools, and new software.
- A passion for the powersports industry, including motorcycles, ATVs, Side x Sides, and snowmobiles.
- The ability to safely move and position powersports vehicles around the showroom for photography, displays, and daily operations.
- Experience in marketing, sales administration, content creation, or a related role.
- Strong writing, photography, and basic graphic design skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through.
- A willingness to pitch in with hands-on dealership tasks.

Experience with Google Ads, SEO, manufacturer advertising programs, or dealership operations is an asset.
