Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs effectively
- Assist customers with data entry tasks, ensuring all information is correctly recorded and maintained
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer experience
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by analyzing situations and offering appropriate solutions
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships




- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction levels

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or related roles, with strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and phone etiquette
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience with multilingual communication is advantageous but not required

Pay: $17.60-$20.60 per hour
