Property Accountant

We’re looking for an eager Property Accountant to join our growing company!

Job Duties & Responsibilities

This position will not only provide exposure and hands on responsibilities within the finance team, you’ll gain valuable insight on business operations while working in a stimulating and supportive environment.

Your work will vary from week to week, and will include a variety of finance tasks including:

- Full Cycle Property Accounting
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Monthly accruals
- Resolving issues with accounts payable and receivable items
- Ensuring financial statements are posted on time for approximately 50 properties per month

Depending on the time of the year, you may be doing a variety of tasks. Flexibility and a knack for multitasking are critical to the success of this position.

Skills & Experience Required

- Experience using QuickBooks or a similar accounting software
- Speak read and write English fluently
- Highly professional,



polite and polished with a positive attitude
- 2 + years accounting related experience within a business environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize & accomplish tasks in a timely fashion
- Strong written communication skills
