Overview

The Commercial Restoration Foreman leads on-site crews completing commercial restoration projects, coordinating daily work to meet safety, quality, schedule, and scope requirements. This hands-on role works closely with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and crew members to keep projects organized and moving forward. This is a working foreman role.

Duties

- Physically preform work
- Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and daily job-site activities.
- Plan work sequences, assign tasks, and monitor progress against project schedules.
- Promote safe work practices and ensure the team follows site procedures and applicable requirements.
- Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and alignment with project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents to guide field execution.
- Track labor, materials, equipment, and job-site needs; communicate issues that may affect project budgets or timelines.
- Support budgeting and construction estimating by documenting quantities, labor needs, and scope changes.
- Maintain clear project records, including daily reports, progress updates, and quality-control documentation.




- Use construction management software and tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6, as applicable, to review documents, coordinate work, and track project progress.
- Coordinate with project leadership to resolve field challenges and communicate schedule, scope, or quality concerns.

Experience

- Construction experience, preferably on commercial restoration or related projects.
- Supervising experience leading crews or coordinating subcontractors in the field.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction specifications.
- Familiarity with quality control, budgeting, and construction estimating.
- Experience with construction management software; knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 is preferred.
- Solid organization, communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
