Now Hiring: Route Manager / Residential Cleaner

Location: Richmond Hill — Major Mackenzie Drive & Highway 404. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Richmond Hill and surrounding areas.

1. Route Manager

- Drive the company vehicle between residential cleaning appointments.
- Coordinate daily routes and communicate with clients.
- Perform residential cleaning duties and ensure homes are cleaned to a high standard.
- Oversee cleaning quality and help ensure appointments run smoothly.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional client relationships.
- Collect payments and complete required paperwork.
- Inspect cleaning quality and provide feedback to the cleaning team.

2. Residential Cleaner

- Clean residential homes to a high standard.
- Work as part of a two-person cleaning team.





What We Offer

- Pay: $19–$25 per hour
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Paid training
- Company vehicle provided for work

Requirements

- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- No personal vehicle required.
- Reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable with physically active work.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must meet the employer's bonding requirements.
- Previous residential cleaning experience is an asset.
