- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers..
- Provide exemplary customer service through effective phone etiquette
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.




- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Strong time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently within designated timelines.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
