Job Overview

- We are seeking a Metabolic Nutritionist Chef to create and prepare flavorful meals that support clients’ metabolic health and nutrition goals.
- This hands-on role combines nutrition-informed food preparation and cooking in small rural setting

- This is a new concept healing approach for individuals suffering from metabolic disorders
- Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare ketogenic meals and menu items that support mitochondrial health
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, cooking, portioning, and timely service.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, allergen-awareness, and food-handling procedures.
- Monitor ingredient quality, storage, inventory, and kitchen cleanliness.




- Help improve recipes, workflows, and service practices while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Experience
- Experience in preparing food that supports metabolic health
- Supervising experience, team management, and leadership skills are preferred.
- A nutrition, culinary, or related background is beneficial.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
