Dawson Truck Repairs Ltd is a family-owned and operated commercial truck repair facility, located in Burnaby, BC. We are an International Sub-Dealer, which gives us the ability to service Navistar vehicles and source parts on a Dealership Level. In addition, we still provide service and repairs to many different sizes of commercial vehicles, from pickup trucks all the way to cranes.

We are seeking a service advisor with some experience to assist in our service department. The job, as outlined below, is a full-time position with a 8 hour schedule, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field
- Excellent attitude and works well on a team
- Robust multi-tasking skills
- Communicates well and is adaptable to high stress environments
- Must have strong time management skills and is extremely well organized
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail is a must

Role & Responsibilities

- Taking service appointments over the phone and booking customers in
- Checking customers in when they drop off for their service appointments




- Providing a line of communication to the customers updating them on their vehicle progress
- Providing a line of communication to the technicians and parts department updating them on any information the customer has provided
- Checking and editing the service order and ensuring all proper repairs have been completed, written out and the corresponding parts are labeled and correct
- Invoicing the service orders and receiving payments from customers

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
