We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Technician specializing in Russian Manicure, Gel-X, and Pedicure services to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional nail care and customer service, with a focus on precision and sanitation. Duties

- Perform Russian Manicures, Gel-X enhancements, and Pedicures with attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Provide additional services such as body waxing when requested by clients
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable nail care treatments and retail products
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Upsell retail products effectively to enhance client experience and salon revenue
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building lasting client relationships
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies
- Educate clients on proper nail care maintenance and aftercare instructions

Experience

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with expertise in Russian Manicure, Gel-X, and Pedicure techniques
- Knowledge of body waxing procedures is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with diverse clients
- Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently in accordance with health regulations
- Demonstrated ability in upselling retail products to increase sales opportunities
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is desirable

Pay: $17.60-$34.10 per hour
