We are looking for an energetic, confident, and persuasive local in Calgary to help us secure a high-traffic spot for a compact, automated coffee vending machine(10-15 sq.ft). Whether you have existing property management relationships or are a natural at cold pitching, your goal is to approach building or mall managers and secure one within 7 to 10 days.

We provide everything you need to succeed, including a professional pitch script, rate sheet, sample contract, and marketing flyer.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit high-traffic office buildings, corporate parks, or shopping malls in Calgary to identify suitable, compact nooks/spaces for a vending unit.
- Speak directly with property managers, facility managers, or leasing agents to pitch the coffee station concept.
- Present our provided materials and handle basic objections.
- Secure a signed rental agreement or a confirmed commitment from management.




- What We’re Looking For (Requirements & Qualifications)
- Local Presence: Must be physically based in Calgary, AB, with reliable local transportation to visit various commercial properties.
- Communication & Confidence: Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and persuasion skills. Comfortable with face-to-face cold pitching and qualified networking.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, independent, and capable of managing your own schedule to hit a tight 7–10 day deadline.
- Experience (Bonus): Previous experience in sales, field marketing, business development, real estate, or existing relationships with Calgary property managers/commercial landlords is a strong plus, but not strictly required if you have the right hustle.

Pay: $150.00-$300.00 per week
