One of our clients is looking for an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator and/or CNC Punch Press Operator to join their manufacturing team in Brantford.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating CNC press brake and/or CNC punch press equipment used in sheet metal fabrication.

Responsibilities

· Set up and operate CNC press brake and/or CNC punch press machines.

· Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production work orders.

· Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.

· Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and product quality.

· Monitor production and ensure parts meet specifications.

· Perform routine machine checks and report equipment issues.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

· Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards.





· Work with the production team to meet daily production targets.

Requirements

· Mandatory: Hands-on operating experience with CNC press brake and/or CNC punch press equipment.

· Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment is required.

· Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

· Experience with precision measuring tools and quality inspections.

· Robust mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

· Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

· Good communication skills in English.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
