Are you friendly, reliable, and interested in eyewear, fashion, and customer service? First Class Optical is looking for a motivated Student Optician or Part-Time Optical Sales Associate to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in choosing eyeglasses, sunglasses, and frames.
- Support retail sales and product recommendations.
- Maintain inventory, organize frames, and monitor stock levels.
- Receive and check shipments and update inventory records.
- Maintain attractive displays and a clean, organized store.
- Assist with customer follow-ups, phone calls, and daily store operations.
- Help with basic eyewear services appropriate to your training and qualifications.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in an opticianry program is an asset.
- Optical retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, dependable, friendly, and willing to learn.
- Availability for evening shifts and Saturdays is required.
- Tamil-speaking ability is a strong asset.
