We are looking for an exceptional, experienced videographer who specializes in business content, real estate videos, and high-quality Instagram Reels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, film, and produce premium short-form video content for local businesses, entrepreneurs, and real estate professionals.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, branded content, promotional videos, and property showcases.
- Lead professional video shoots independently, from equipment setup to final capture.
- Direct clients confidently on camera, helping them deliver natural and engaging performances.
- Capture cinematic footage using professional camera equipment, lighting, stabilizers, and microphones.
- Understand social media trends, strong video hooks, storytelling techniques, and audience engagement.
- Capture high-quality interior, exterior, and lifestyle footage for real estate marketing.
- Collaborate with our creative and production teams to execute content concepts.
- Edit and deliver polished, platform-ready video content when required.
- Maintain consistent production quality, branding, and attention to detail across every project.
- Manage shooting schedules efficiently and arrive fully prepared for every appointment.

Required Qualifications

The following qualifications are mandatory:

- Proven professional experience in videography, preferably 3+ years in commercial, business, social media, or real estate video production.
- Demonstrated experience creating high-quality business Reels, promotional content, or realtor/property videos.
- Strong understanding of camera settings, exposure, lighting, composition, frame rates, and audio recording.
- Excellent knowledge of vertical video production and social media content formats.
- Ability to independently manage and execute professional shoots without constant supervision.




- Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle are required.
- Ability to travel to various filming locations throughout Calgary and surrounding communities.
- Exceptional punctuality, reliability, professionalism, and time management.
- Ability to work confidently with business owners, realtors, and other professionals.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently excellent work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Previous experience working for a media production company, creative agency, marketing agency, or real estate media company.
- A strong portfolio featuring business marketing videos, Instagram Reels, and real estate content.
- Experience with Sony professional mirrorless cameras or similar production systems.
- Experience using gimbals, wireless microphone systems, professional lighting, and other video equipment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Solid understanding of colour grading, sound design, captions, transitions, and social-first editing.
- Ability to develop creative shot lists, visual concepts, and effective video hooks.
- Knowledge of current Instagram and TikTok content trends.
- Experience creating content that balances cinematic quality with real marketing objectives.
