Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing meals and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a commitment to maintaining food safety standards and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients for cooking by washing, chopping, and measuring food items.
- Cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.




- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create an efficient workflow during meal service.
- Participate in training current kitchen staff as needed.

Skills

- 2+ years cooking experience preferred (will train the right person)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment

- Food Handlers certificate

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
