Hours: Approximately 16–20 hours per week, with flexible daytime scheduling

About Us:

ServiceMaster Restore of Red Deer is a locally owned and operated restoration company serving Red Deer and communities throughout Central Alberta.

We specialize in emergency restoration services, including water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, and reconstruction.

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated individual to help us expand our relationships within the community and identify new business opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in business development, sales, or marketing. Previous experience in the restoration industry is not required. We are happy to train the right person.

About the Role:

As our Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for introducing ServiceMaster Restore to local businesses, building professional relationships, and helping generate new opportunities for our team.

This is a people-focused position, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, starting conversations, and developing lasting connections.

You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while working toward established business development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, property managers, real estate professionals, insurance brokers, and tradespeople.




- Visit prospective referral partners and introduce our restoration services.
- Identify potential business opportunities and develop new referral relationships.
- Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective business partners.
- Attend local networking events, trade shows, and community functions as required.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Track business development activities, contacts, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with management to develop and execute local growth strategies.
- Represent ServiceMaster Restore professionally within the community.
