Who We’re Looking For

We are specifically seeking candidates with an educational background related to childcare, such as:

- Early Childhood Education (ECE)
- Child and Youth Care
- Early Learning or a related childcare-focused program

We welcome candidates with a genuine passion for working with children, a nurturing personality, and the experience and education to provide quality care.

Our ideal candidates will have:

- Experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-aged children.
- A patient, reliable, responsible, and professional approach.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with families.
- Professional references from previous childcare or relevant employment.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- A Vulnerable Sector Check, or willingness to obtain one.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle, where required by the position.

Please note that candidates must have a childcare-related educational background to be considered for referral to our families.

Positions Available

We connect qualified nannies with families seeking a variety of childcare arrangements, including:

- Full-time nanny positions for candidates looking for a consistent schedule.




- Part-time nanny positions for those seeking fewer hours or a schedule that better suits their lifestyle.
- Infant and newborn care.
- Toddler and preschool care.
- Before- and after-school care.
- Child-related household support, including meal preparation and keeping children's spaces tidy.

Schedules, responsibilities, locations, and hourly compensation vary depending on the family's needs and the position.

Our positions generally require a commitment of at least 15 hours per week, as we focus on establishing consistent, long-term relationships between nannies and families.
