Job Title: Line Cook / Kitchen StaffJob Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and high-energy Line Cook / Kitchen Staff member to join our team. You will prepare high-quality food quickly, keep the kitchen clean, and work closely with our team to give guests a great dining experience.What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

- Cook & Prepare: Make high-quality dishes accurately and quickly according to our recipes.
- Prep Work: Chop vegetables, slice meats, and prepare sauces before the rush starts.
- Keep it Clean: Wash hands, sanitize workstations, and follow food safety and hygiene rules.
- Manage Stock: Label, date, and store food correctly (FIFO) to prevent waste.
- Know the Menu: Learn our dishes inside and out to ensure consistent taste and presentation.
- Team Up: Communicate clearly and help your teammates during busy rushes.
- Open & Close: Help clean the kitchen, turn off equipment, and prep for the next shift.

- Reliable: Passionate about food, always on time, and follows instructions.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen is preferred.

Salary includes a minimum Plus Tips . Tips are allocated Bi-weekly can vary anything from $2 - $10 extra hourly
