Server Position – Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House

Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House, a growing breakfast and lunch restaurant chain based in Ontario, is expanding and seeking experienced Servers to join our team at our location in the Airdrie Sierra Springs (Walmart) Plaza.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Front of House Manager with daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise, support, and motivate front-of-house staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Oversee staff scheduling, shift allocation, and service standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and health and safety standards are maintained.
- Manage reservations, table service, and smooth service flow.
- Assist with cash handling, stock control, and inventory management.
- Support staff training, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly.




- Help achieve sales targets, control costs, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Take charge of front-of-house operations in the manager’s absence.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous serving experience is required
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable and flexible with scheduling
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift

Employment Details

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Starting Wage: From between $31,000.00-$32,000.00, plus tips and overtime pay where applicable
