Duties

- Monitor event premises through CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and prevent incidents.
- Control access points by verifying credentials and managing guest entry to ensure only authorized individuals are admitted.
- Conduct thorough inspections of attendees, staff, and vendors to deter theft, vandalism, or disruptive behavior.
- Respond promptly to security breaches or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and visitor movements throughout each event.




- Enforce event policies and safety protocols consistently to uphold a secure environment for all participants.
- Perform regular patrols of the venue to identify potential hazards or security vulnerabilities proactively.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of law enforcement procedures and principles for maintaining public safety.
- Experience with surveillance technology, including CCTV systems, for continuous monitoring.
- Ability to perform loss prevention techniques effectively to minimize theft or property damage.
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during visual inspections and surveillance activities.
- Clear communication skills for effectively liaising with team members, emergency responders, and event attendees.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities in a lively environment.
- Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
