Your Responsibilities as a Tutor

Help students:

- Develop their French reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Improve their grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and communication skills.
- Understand French grammar rules and concepts through clear, personalized explanations.
- Complete school assignments and prepare for exams and assessments.
- Build independence and confidence in their French language abilities.
- Schedule and confirm tutoring sessions based on agreed-upon availability.





You must also be comfortable explaining certain concepts in English when needed.

Qualifications

- Current university student or graduate in education, special education, languages, or a related field.
- Previous experience tutoring or teaching French as a Second Language is considered an asset.
- Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
- Ability to clearly explain and simplify concepts for English-speaking students.
- Knowledge of the Quebec school curriculum is considered an asset.
- Must reside in Quebec.
