Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Registered Massage Therapist to provide professional, client-centered massage therapy. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on skills with excellent customer service and communication skills, and helps clients feel comfortable, informed, and respected throughout their care.

Duties

- Conduct client intake and discuss health history, goals, preferences, and any relevant concerns before treatment.
- Assess client needs and provide appropriate massage therapy within the scope of practice.
- Explain treatment plans, techniques, and aftercare recommendations in transparent, accessible language.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, using appropriate medical terminology.
- Communicate professionally with clients and, when authorized, other healthcare providers.
- Prepare and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space; sanitize equipment and supplies between appointments.
- Monitor client comfort during sessions and adapt techniques as needed.




- Follow applicable professional standards, privacy requirements, and health and safety procedures.

Requirements

- A member of the CMTO.
- Completion of an approved massage therapy education program and demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
- Strong customer service, listening, and communication skills, with a respectful and compassionate approach.
- Ability to document treatments accurately and understand common medical terminology.
- Commitment to client confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ongoing learning.
- Ability to perform hands-on treatments safely and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Pay: $88,000.00-$94,000.00 per year
