Job Overview

- Full-time permanent position
- Certified Industrial Mechanic (Millwright/Red Seal, Technical Degree, Engineering Degree or Equivalent Experience)
- CNC / Millwright Experience: 4+ year preferred

Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair CNC machine tools and industrial equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and CNC-related problems
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot machine failures and develop effective repair solutions
- Repair and fabricate mechanical components as required
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Work with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machine tools
- Collaborate with customers and other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Conduct on-site customer training
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work workplace
- Other related duties as assigned

Skills

- Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machine tools
- Strong mechanical, electrical,



hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with 3-axis and 5-axis machines
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience using hand tools and electrical test equipment
- Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel

Pay: $30.03-$45.09 per hour
