Key Responsibilities

Marketing, Syndication & Traffic Generation

- Market Analysis: Review local rental trends and monitor competitor pricing continuously to recommend competitive, profitable rent structures.
- Campaign & Listing Management: Collaborate with partner marketing agencies to execute digital campaigns, manage social media content, and audit online listing accuracy.
- Lead Generation: Optimize vacancy exposure by managing property listings across multiple rental platforms utilizing RentSync.
- Asset Presentation:



Maintain pristine visual standards for all promotional materials, community updates, and online floor plan highlights.

Lead Conversion & Lease Administration

- Pipeline Conversion: Respond promptly to incoming phone, email, text, and walk-in inquiries using Yardi CRMIQ to qualify prospects and book showings.
- Showing Execution: Conduct professional, energetic property tours, effectively highlighting community features and amenities to secure rental commitments.
- Applicant Screening: Collect required application documents and perform rigorous credit, background, income, and reference verification checks.
- Lease Administration: Compile comprehensive move-in packages for approved residents.

Intake, Retention & Customer Service

- Move-In Coordination: Conduct detailed move-in inspections to ensure unit readiness, address immediate maintenance deficiencies, and distribute key packages.
- Resident Orientation: Welcome new residents, providing a hospitality-first orientation to community bylaws, amenities, and the RentCafe portal.
- Retention Programs: Manage proactive renewal outreach campaigns to secure lease commitments early, reducing turnover and vacancy loss.
- Community Engagement: Assist in organizing resident engagement events and maintain high-volume, courteous communication across the portfolio.

Qualifications & Requirements





Experience & Education

- Education: High School Diploma required; a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate is highly preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of verifiable experience in residential leasing, leasing administration, or real estate marketing. Experience with new construction lease-ups is an asset.
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software, specifically Yardi Voyager 7, CRMIQ, or RentCafe.
- Licensing: A valid RECA Property Management License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Logistics: A valid driver's license and ownership of a reliable vehicle are required.

Core Competencies

- High-Volume Communication: Proven ability to manage a heavy flow of leads across multiple digital channels simultaneously without letting prospects go cold.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in completing legal lease agreements, application screening, and tenant database entry.
- Sales Drive & Diplomacy: A natural capability to handle objections, close leases, and navigate resident inquiries with empathy and professionalism
