Overview

- We are seeking a safety-conscious AZ Truck Driver to transport freight reliably and professionally.
- This role involves operating commercial vehicles, completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and coordinating with dispatch and customers to support timely deliveries.
- Paid training will be provided for company-specific procedures and equipment.

Duties

- Safely operate an AZ-class commercial truck on assigned routes and follow applicable traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload freight while taking care to prevent damage.
- Use a forklift or other approved equipment to move freight when required.
- Complete vehicle inspections and maintain accurate trip, delivery, and equipment records.
- Communicate with dispatch about route progress, delays, and delivery issues.
- Keep the vehicle and work area clean and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.




- Use basic automotive repair knowledge to identify minor issues and determine when service is needed.
- Operate or work around heavy equipment as required, following site-specific safety procedures.

Qualifications

- Valid AZ driver’s licence and a safe driving record.
- Previous commercial driving and freight-handling experience preferred.
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset; willingness to complete required training is welcome.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and basic automotive repair is an advantage.
- Robust safety awareness, reliability, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to complete required inspections and handle the physical demands of loading and securing freight.

Pay: $20.91-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
