Norco Modular is looking for a skilled exterior finisher to join our team!

If you have experience with siding, flashing, roofing, sheet metal, or exterior building finishes, this could be a great opportunity to bring your skills into a factory environment.

As an exterior finisher, you'll be responsible for completing the exterior of modular buildings to a high standard, working with a variety of siding, roofing, flashings, and exterior finishing materials.

What you'll be doing:

- Installing exterior cladding, including corrugated metal, mesa siding, and other siding systems.
- Measuring, cutting, shaping, and installing siding and exterior materials.
- Installing flashings around windows, floors, fascia, starters, and termination points.
- Installing exterior windows and applying sealants.
- Installing exterior siding and trim on modular units.
- Safely operating hand and power tools, including brakes, shears, nibblers, aviation snips and punches.
- Ensuring finished work meets Norco's quality and workmanship standards.
- Following protected work practices and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Performing other exterior finishing duties as required.

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in exterior finishing, siding, roofing, sheet metal or construction.
- Experience installing metal siding, flashings and exterior trims.
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently with hand and power tools.




- Reliable and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience that is an asset:

- EPDM / rubber roofing installation.
- Steel or metal cladding.
- Vinyl soffit installation.
- Hardie panel installation.
- Sheet-metal work.
- Window and door flashing.
- First aid certification.
- Experience working in modular construction or a manufacturing environment.

No weekend work! Our work schedules are:

Day shift - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Afternoon shift - 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday to Thursday

You'll work in a controlled factory environment rather than dealing with the weather, changing job sites, or travelling from site to site. You'll also have the opportunity to work on a variety of modular building projects and develop your skills across multiple areas of exterior finishing.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
