Responsibilities
- Conduct intake interviews to assess clients' skills, experience, and employment goals
- Develop individualized employment plans for clients
- Provide career counseling and job search assistance
- Assist clients with resume writing, interview preparation, and job application process
- Educate clients on job training programs and resources available
- Collaborate with employers to match clients with suitable job opportunities
- Monitor clients' progress and provide ongoing support throughout the job search process
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, interviewing, or training development
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of employment services and resources
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Counseling, Psychology, or related field preferred
