Do you enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations? Tri-West Security is looking for a Business Development Representative to help introduce our services to businesses across Edmonton and surrounding areas.
This is an active, field-based role, ideal for someone who'd rather be out meeting people than sitting at a desk. No sales experience is required, and we provide field and technical training.
What you'll do
- Visit businesses, industrial areas and other prospective client locations
- Introduce Tri-West Security and share information about our services
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Find the right contact person within each organization
- Gather contact details and notes from your conversations
- Set up introductions and meetings for our Director of Sales
- Record your outreach and share it with the sales team
- Check in with existing clients to make sure they're happy with our service
- Represent Tri-West professionally in the field
What we're looking for
- Comfortable approaching businesses and speaking with new people
- Confident, professional and a strong communicator
- Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organized, with accurate notes and contact information
- A valid driver's licence
Previous sales or business development experience is an asset,
but not required.
What we offer
- Full time, 8:30am-4:30pm, 40 hours a week
