Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Production Team member. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality baked goods and exceptional service. Must be available to start at 4am for open bake ( 5 shifts a week as required, Monday - Sunday)

Responsibilities:

- Prepare various food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Cook and bake a variety of products, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders and inquiries.
- Handle food safely, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Robust skills in cake decorating, baking, and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.30-$18.00 per hour
