- We are seeking a dependable Lead Cleaner to oversee daily cleaning tasks and help maintain a protected, orderly, and welcoming facility.
- This hands-on role combines cleaning with team coordination and basic facilities maintenance. The Lead/Cleaner helps set priorities, supports consistent service quality, and reports maintenance needs.
- The position is suited to someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and can work independently while guiding others.

Duties

- Perform and oversee routine residential cleaning, including cleaning floors, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Organize daily cleaning tasks and help ensure work is completed thoroughly and on schedule.
- Demonstrate proper use and care of cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
- Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness, safety concerns, and items needing attention.
- Follow established safety procedures and product instructions.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
