Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate appointments and sales
- Maintain an organized customer database and manage opportunities through the dealership's CRM system




- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Work closely with the finance and management teams to ensure a smooth delivery process
- Stay knowledgeable about Mitsubishi vehicles, promotions, financing options, and competing products
- Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding individual sales targets

Qualifications

- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term customer relationships
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- Valid driver's licence
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
