The Role

As Sales Manager, you will:

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive new and used vehicle volume, gross, and performance
- Implement modern sales processes and accountability
- Work closely with F&I; and senior leadership to maximize results
- Set the tone for culture, professionalism, and urgency on the sales floor

Who We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager (Ford experience is an asset, not required)
- Strong closer and even stronger leader
- Process-driven, numbers-focused, and growth-minded
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Someone who wants more responsibility, more income, and a future GM role

Compensation & Growth

- Income potential: $100000–$160,000+ annually, based on performance
- Competitive salary plus aggressive performance bonuses
