Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS when available
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation quality and proper food handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including table settings and workstations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for accurate cashiering and bill splitting
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and sales performance
- Kitchen or food industry experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in service roles
- Ability to maintain professionalism while working under pressure in a lively environment
