The Built Group is looking to add another Project Manager to our team. We are looking for someone who demonstrates reliability, leadership, professional communication skills, and self-motivation and is goal-oriented.

Job Duties

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction/restoration projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established programs.
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Develop and implement quality control programs.
- Represent the company on change order negotiations with trades.
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
- Direct the purchase of building materials from suppliers to the site.
- Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Must have experience with Xactimate
- 3-5 years of successful project management/construction experience.
- Provide a clean driver abstract and hold a valid, insurable drivers license (G)




- Proven problem management and issue resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others while translating plans, concepts and intentions into actions that will achieve results.
- Ability to proactively share information as well as present information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing; be an active listener.
- Ability to work effectively within various stressful situations and challenges and with multiple individuals or groups.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the Greater Toronto Area
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
