Le Mezz Bistro is looking for a reliable, experienced, and hardworking Cook Assistant to join our morning kitchen team!

Position Details:

- Position: Cook Assistant
- Hours: 35–40 hours per week
- Starting Time: 6:00 AM
- Salary: To be discussed

Requirements:

- Previous experience working morning shifts in a restaurant or kitchen is required
- Must be comfortable starting work at 6:00 AM
- Punctual, reliable, and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Organized, responsible, and hardworking

Responsibilities:

- Assist cooks with daily food preparation
- Prepare ingredients and help with morning kitchen setup




- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow kitchen procedures and instructions
- Support the team during busy breakfast and lunch service
- Respect food safety and hygiene standards
